Ros – Maternity Photography

A few weeks ago Ros came for a maternity shoot,  i had a few ideas in my head about making this shoot a bit different from the last one.  I wanted to create an image with a fine art element as well as a memory.

Im a natural light lover however for these photographs i needed to use flash.  Id not done anything like this before so there was a lot of trial and error.

Here are some of the results! Im pleased with how the lace one turned out and can imagine getting a lot of different outcomes with different materials.

After we had a play around with the lace, we got Dave the hubby to come in and get some quick snaps of them together

Kinga & Claudio – Maternity Session

I had my first maternity session a few weeks ago, Kinga and Claudio were kind enough to be my guinea pigs for a couple of hours!
Unfortunately the weather wasnt perfect and we spent a lot of time hiding under trees where there was no decent light.  However it did manage to clear up a bit, just long enough to get some shots.  I had imagined the shoot in a luscious field, and although it was a bit too early in the year for the crops, i think we got some nice outcomes.
